Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to payment transactions and refunds on HONEYTOON (“We” or “the Site”).

  • Payment method

Our primary payment method is payment by credit/debit card unless otherwise stated on the payment page. Payments for subscriptions on the Site are charged in US dollars unless you see another currency on the payment page. Your bank converts your local currency to US dollars upon payment and may take the commission for this conversion or extra fees for the transaction.

  • Subscription Cancellation

By cancelling your subscription you disable its automatic renewal. You will keep access to all benefits included in your subscription for the time remaining until the end of your current subscription period. If you have purchased a subscription on our Site, you can unsubscribe by contacting team@honeytoon.store within at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period.

  • Refund Rules

Generally, any fees you have paid for Products on the Site are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Policy, or it is required to provide you with a refund under mandatory provisions of the laws in your jurisdiction.

Notice for residents of certain US states. If you reside in California and canceled your subscription, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day following your registration on the Site, we will return within ten days of the date on which you give notice of cancellation, any payments you have made.

Note for the EU residents. If you cancel your subscription for any reason and without justification within 14 calendar days from your registration on the Site, you are entitled to a proportionate refund (i.e., for the remaining subscription period only). Any refund other than that pursuant to mandatory provisions of the laws (“Voluntary Refund”) may be provided only in accordance with this Policy. Please note that if you have violated our Terms of Use, we reserve a right to decline your request for any kind of refund.

Please note that providing a refund to you does not oblige us to provide you with any other refunds that are not grounded in due manner. We consider each refund request separately and decide upon granting refunds strictly according to this Policy.

  • Refund Procedure

If you would like a refund, please contact us at team@honeytoon.store. You may submit a request for a Voluntary Refund within 30 calendar days after your payment has been made if the payment is made with a credit/debit card. We reserve the right to decline the Voluntary Refund request if submitted later than within the terms provided above.

Please accompany every refund request with supporting evidence of the existing grounds for a refund. With your proof, we will be able to verify your request and also improve our service. We reserve the right to request any additional information from you to process your request properly. We need a minimum of 48 hours to carefully review your request and contact you for clarification or resolution, if necessary. Please note that if any investigation has been started upon your complaint submitted along with a refund request, no refund shall be provided until the investigation is completed. We reserve the right to provide you with a partial refund, at our discretion, in particular, but not limited to cases in which your refund request is grounded only partially, or we have evidence that contradicts information provided in your refund request.

We also reserve the right to reject your refund request without any compensation and without the right to appeal if, for any reason, you do not reply to communications sent by us requesting additional information within seven calendar days of our communication.

To avoid any doubts, providing a refund hereunder shall not amount to an admission of any kind of violation and serve as evidence of any alleged unlawful action or omission of ours.

  • Disputed Payments (Chargebacks)

Please note that a chargeback is NOT a refund. To avoid making a chargeback, even unintentionally, we recommend our customers to always contact our Support team before contacting their bank in any possible situation.
